REPI LLC Announces Strategic Expansion in United States to Support Continued Growth in Thermoplastics and Polyurethanes
Dallas, NC (April 23, 2026) — REPI LLC, part of the REPI Group, announced a major expansion of its operations, reinforcing the company’s commitment to growth, innovation, and enhanced service delivery for its customers.
The expansion includes the establishment of a new advanced manufacturing area, complementing the existing facility originally opened in 2012 in Dallas, North Carolina. This development positions REPI LLC to better serve customers in thermoplastics, packaging and polyurethane industries across the North and South America regions while strengthening its national footprint. This strategic investment enables the company to scale its capabilities, improve responsiveness, and engaging into new market opportunities.

“This facility represents a critical step forward in meeting the rapidly growing demand for both thermoplastics and polyurethanes. This expansion not only increases our production capacity, but also strengthens our position as a leading manufacturer in the U.S. and an independent, privately owned supplier of liquid colors and additives for a wide range of industries.
The contribution of REPI LLC to the REPI Group further enhances our leadership position across all markets we serve. ” said REPI Group CEO, Filippo Angiolini.
As part of the expansion, REPI LLC is increasing its workforce, developing new partnerships, and enhancing its operational infrastructure. The company is committed to creating jobs, supporting local economic development, and fostering meaningful relationships within the region.
The recently completed grand opening event marked the official launch of the operations and highlighted REPI LLC’s dedication to excellence and community engagement. The new location will serve as a hub for regional activities and future growth initiatives.
“REPI has been a great part of the success we’ve found, and continue to find, in regard to economic development in Gaston County,” Board of Commissioners Chairman Chad Brown said. “It’s special to see these guys grow and flourish in their relationship with our community. The commitment to that relationship is a big part of what drives the success we’re seeing for both REPI and Gaston County.”
“We are excited that REPI has chosen to expand their operations in our city,” said Gastonia Mayor Richard Franks. “This shows a great vote of confidence in our city, its workforce, and our future together.”
REPI LLC continues to build on its reputation for quality, performance, and customer-focused service. Backed by the global expertise of the REPI Group, this expansion underscores the company’s long-term strategy to diversify its offerings—including advancements in thermoplastic and polyurethane applications—while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence and sustainability.
REPI believes that this expansion and the recent opening of REPI Asia’s manufacturing plant in Singapore will accelerate growth, strengthen the Group’s ability to innovate, and improve responsiveness to evolving market conditions and needs.
