Colours for polyurethane

REPI’s SUPER BLACK is the series of black with very high concentration of carbon black, formulated on different carriers such as polyols and phthalate-free plasticizers.

ULTRA-WHITE range is composed by a selection of REPI white formulations with very high titanium dioxide loading, UV stabilisers and antioxidants specially requested by the footwear and the building industries.

A selection of colour shades dedicated to flexible, rigid and semi-rigid PU foams.
Based on organic pigments dispersed in carriers, they are fully compatible with both polyester and polyether PU.

The present book represents a selection of colours formulated by REPI for elastomers, material of choice for the coating of wheels, rollers and gaskets, as well as for the elastic parts of machinery, plants, vehicles and to replace rubber.

From a limited number of basic colours it is possible to obtain a wide range of shades that find application in flexible, rigid and semi-rigid PU foams.

The book shows a selection of shades proposed by REPI for the Footwear industry.
The colour shades are suitable to colour soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU and PVC.
According to the material to colour, intensity and tone may vary from the illustration.
REPI’s liquid colours can be used in mass colouration or metered directly into the mixing head.
